The Same Tamales, Sized for a Restaurant Kitchen
The tamales don't change — family-recipe masa, lard-free beans and chicken, no preservatives, made fresh in the same little kitchen on 19th Street. What we're still working out is the wholesale side of it: pickup scheduling, order sizes, packaging that travels, and lead times that fit how a restaurant actually runs. We'd rather open it right than open it early.
If you run a restaurant, a food truck, or a kitchen that could put our tamales on the menu, we want to hear from you now. Getting on the list is just a conversation — no order, no commitment. When the program opens, the restaurants who reached out first are the ones we'll call first.
